- Annual Fee Cap £15K*
*A £15K annual fee cap applies to the percentage-based commission split of 25% payable to Head Office on sales, tenant find, and management completions. This cap resets annually and is subject to minimum fees, which remain payable both before and after the cap is reached: £250 per sale completion, £150 per tenant find completion, and £100 per management completion.
Other Costs
Packages can be tailored to meet your requirements, including but not limited to boards, brochures, stationery, and merchandise.
You will need to instruct a suitably qualified accountant to prepare your accounts, and who can also assist with registering your company as an Ltd, and also for VAT.
All Propertynest members must be a member of TPOS.
