*An annual cap of £15k applies to the percentage-based split payable on sales completion fees to Head Office, with a minimum fee of £250 per sales completion, £250 per tenant find completion, and £125 per management completion.
Other Costs
Packages can be tailored to meet your requirements, including but not limited to boards, brochures, stationery, and merchandise.
You will need to instruct a suitably qualified accountant to prepare your accounts, and who can also assist with registering your company as an Ltd, and also for VAT.
All Propertynest members must be a member of TPOS.
